Abstract
The Total knee Arthroplasty (TKA) has evolved during the past 30 years. Itûs a well-defined technique surgery with excellent result for many as 20 years of follow-up. The problem of treatment in the young-active patient with osteoarthritis are aseptic loosening of artificial joint and extenesive bone loss during revision total knee arthroplasty. This paper is present the Partial knee replacement (Unicompartmental knee arthroplasty) in youngactive patient with osteoarthritis for extensive bone loss prevention.
