Abstract

In the past ten years, there have been many progression in cardiac surgery. Recent studies about coronary arery surgery, valvular surgery, transplantation, ventricular assisted device, surgery for arrhythymias, aotic diseases, robotic surgery and minimally invasive approaches and heart-lung machines were reviewed.
