Abstract

A 73-year-old woman presented with dyspnea and was evaluated for suspected pulmonary embolism. An MRI incidentally revealed multiple intrahepatic lesions, leading to a right hepatectomy. Pathologic examination confirmed the presence of both hepatic myopericytoma and multiple biliary hamartomas. This study represents the first documented rare case of coexisting hepatic myopericytoma and multiple biliary hamartomas.
