Abstract
Extremity vascular injury is a dreadful condition that can lead to limb loss and mortality. Every patient with extremity injury should be suspected of having this condition for early detection and management. Thorough understanding of mechanism of injury along with high index of suspicion and clear knowledge of diagnostic and management guidelines leads to reduction of morbidity and mortality of this condition.
