Abstract
This article addresses occupational diseases in 2 particular issues. First is the different perspective,utilization, and population coverage of the diagnoses of occupational diseases between the WorkmenCompensation Fund and the Bureau of Occupational and Environmental diseases or the Bureau of Epidemiology.Second is the practice of the Workmen Compensation Fund Medical Committee in case of different diagnosesand treatment of work-related cases compared to the attending physicians. The author expresses some ideas onimproving these issues.
