Abstract
Clinical trial usually involves in drug developments, new treatments as well as new diagnostic methodsand disease preventions. Due to dynamic changes of diseases, the updated scientific knowledges are required forhealth care improvement. Clinical trial is beneficial, as it is a reliable method to answer majority of these problems.Study nurse, the important person in the study team, needs specific aspects of knowledge, and skills about clinicaltrial. It is important to conduct the study following the Good Clinical Practice Guideline (GCP) which aims toprotect the safety of the participants.
