Abstract
Acute coronary syndrome is the common cause of death in western countries and developing countriesincluding Thailand. More delay in diagnasis and management will lead to higher mortality rate. The understanding ofpathogenesis of acute coronary syndrome is very vital for effective short and long term management of the patients andfor primary prevention of the general population.
